Reigning GB3 champion Louis Sharp collected the Jim Clark Trophy at Thursday afternoon’s BRDC Awards in London.
Each year, the GB3 champion is presented with the award at the prestigious ceremony at the Pan Pacific Hotel, in front of the UK’s leading motorsport figures.
Sharp received his trophy from MSV Chief Executive Jonathan Palmer, during the event, hosted by broadcaster Jake Humphrey.
Having claimed the British F4 crown in 2023, Sharp doubled up in 2024 as he marched to the GB3 title, claiming five race wins and five additional podiums, while his haul of five poles also earned him the Jack Cavill Pole Position Cup.
“A big thank you to everyone at the BRDC for this award, the Jim Clark Trophy,” Sharp said. “It’s an honour to be here, I had a great season in GB3, and it was an honour to have won the championship and to receive this award today. A big thank you to everyone involved and I’m really happy with the outcome.”
