GB3 race-winner Noah Ping will return to the GB3 Championship in 2024, as he remains with the rebranded VRD Racing by Arden team.
In his first season of European competition, Ping impressed with a win at Silverstone which he then followed up with another sensational triumph at Snetterton, where he was a consistent front-runner throughout, scoring his best qualifying position of the year too.
The 21-year-old's third podium of the year came at Zandvoort, where he placed second in the rain-affected final encounter, ending just a few points away from the end-of-year championship top 10.
Prior to his European venture, Ping had impressed in his homeland with VRD, claiming third in the 2022 USA F4 Championship with four wins, four other podiums, and two pole positions. He also took the runner-up spot in the YACademy Winter Series with two victories and four podiums, finishing just 12 points away from the championship summit. His other single-seater experience came with selected events in USF Juniors.
His race car debut came in Radicals in 2020 followed by another campaign in 2021 where he was the Rookie of the Year courtesy of three victories.
