Eurocup 3 front-runner Javier Sagrera makes a welcome return to the GB3 Championship at the Hungaroring, joining the Chris Dittmann Racing squad for a one-off appearance.

The 20-year-old Spaniard made his GB3 debut as early as 2021, having competed in Spanish F4 beforehand, taking a podium finish in his maiden weekend in the series at Brands Hatch.

He remained in GB3 for 2022 and was again a podium challenger as he scored a top-10 finish in the championship standings for a second successive season.

He’s since gone on to compete in Eurocup 3, finishing eighth overall in 2023, and has stayed in the series this year, taking a maiden victory at Spa at the start of the season, and podiums at the Red Bull Ring and Portimao.
